Proxy chains
Pass through intermediate profiles before reaching your exit server.
NuggetVPN client documentation
A proxy chain sends traffic through each configured hop in order before the selected exit. Each hop dials through the previous one.
Your device → First hop → Second hop → Selected exit → DestinationBuild a chain
- Add the profiles you need under Profiles & subscriptions.
- Select the profile that should be the final exit.
- Open Settings → Proxy chain and enable Chain through other profiles.
- Add the intermediate profiles in order. The first hop is closest to you; the last hop comes immediately before the exit.
- Connect and check the active connection.
Use the move-up and move-down controls to reorder hops. Remove a hop to leave it out of the chain. The selected exit and profiles already in the chain are excluded from the add-hop picker.
Diagnose a chain
Every hop must be reachable and supported by the chosen core. If the connection fails, first test the exit on its own, then add one intermediate hop at a time.
More hops introduce more connections and potential failure points. Use the speed test and logs to compare behaviour, and check core support for every protocol involved.
